EōS Fitness is a bold, upbeat, and motivating fitness community. We seek a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy Kids Club Manager to join our Childcare team. The role involves managing a safe, fun environment for children aged one to twelve, supervising staff, and interacting with parents.

• Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children ages one to twelve.
• Supervise children's activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist with the hiring and training of the Kids Club staff, including Assistant Kids Club Managers and Kids Club Associates.
• Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child-to-staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
• Work closely with the Assistant Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and ensure efficient team operations.
• Implement emergency procedures for the Kids Club, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Develop appropriate age activities, games, and crafts for children in the Kids Club.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the Kids Club facility and throughout the gym.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies.
• Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Kids Club.
• Support front desk and gym operations when no children are present.

• 1‑2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with systematic approach, good time‑management, and record‑keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Alignment with EōS Fitness Core Values.

• Must successfully pass background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to use the Company computer system for documents, data entry, and reports.

Hourly Pay Range: $17—$18 USD.
