The Kearney Companies is a locally owned Site & Utilities Contractor based in Riverview, FL, serving the area for over 65 years. Due to continued growth, we are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our civil construction team.

This role supports our asphalt operations by hauling heavy equipment and performing hands-on construction labor on active job sites. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Class A CDL
, have experience transporting equipment, and be willing to work directly with the asphalt crew in a fast-paced field environment.

• Safely haul heavy equipment such as dozers, rollers, pavers, and excavators to and from job sites.
• Load and unload equipment efficiently and securely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Assist with site preparation, setup, and cleanup on asphalt job sites.
• Perform manual labor including lifting, shoveling, raking, and material handling.
• Support asphalt paving, patching, and repair operations under supervision.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with formwork, temporary structures, and traffic control as needed.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively with the paving crew.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet project goals.

Monday – Saturday
