Job Description

As a Bilingual Leasing Professional, you will be the face of the apartment community, assisting prospective and current residents. You'll present the features and benefits of the property, secure lease agreements, and ensure a seamless move‑in process for new residents.

Job Duties
  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and facilitating smooth move‑ins.
  • Greet prospective residents, assess their needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the community and available apartments.
  • Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements, and handle lease renewals.
  • Respond promptly to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries, providing leasing information and addressing maintenance requests.
  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing or Community Manager.
  • Collect deposits and rent payments, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and/or One Site.
  • Minimum of 6‑12 months of prior apartment leasing experience.
  • Extensive lease‑up experience with new construction apartment communities is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and a variable schedule.
  • Comfortable touring properties, including walking and climbing stairs.
  • Conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills are essential.
