What You'll Do:
Welcome families and assist with scheduling, purchases, and questions.
Answer phones and recommend swim programs.
Deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, dependable, and organized individuals.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
Must be 18+ and CPR/First Aid certified or willing to certify within 45 days.
