• DDS/DMD Degree:
  Active and unrestricted Florida license.

  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1+ years clinically as a dentist within a dental office. Experience with implants, endodontics, and Invisalign a plus.

• Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans:
