As a 4th‑grade teacher you will develop lesson plans aligned with CSUSA guidelines, build rapport with students, staff, and parents, and motivate learners to build skills, attitudes, and knowledge for an effective educational foundation.

• Plan and implement instruction that adheres to the company’s philosophy, goals, and adopted courses of study.
• Create purposeful lesson plans maximizing time on task and providing real‑world, application‑based examples.
• Maintain accurate student records and assess student strengths and needs frequently, generating progress reports as required.
• Use differentiated instruction and diagnostic assessment to support all learners.
• Coordinate field trips, prepare students for state assessments, and stay current in subject matter and teaching theory.
• Assist in curriculum revision and selection of instructional materials.
• Foster an environment conducive to learning, maintain classroom safety, and implement policies governing student conduct.
• Communicate effectively with parents, administrators, and staff, maintaining confidentiality of student records.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to CSUSA mission and values.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, active listening).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, student information systems, and email.
• Consistent absenteeism, punctuality, and responsiveness to management direction.
• Commitment to best practices, accuracy, and character education.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of teaching experience (including internship).
• Command of 4th‑grade content, learning theory, and instructional strategies.
• Commitment to company values and successful completion of background checks.
• Strong instructional delivery and adherence to the Code of Ethics for Education.

Usual school conditions. May experience noise during periods of high student traffic.

• No physical exertion required.
• Somewhat stressful due to frequent student activity.
• Light work: lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.

Job is exempt from overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
