Center Academy is a private school offering specialized classes for middle-and high‑school students with learning differences.

Dynamic education company is seeking to fill a School Principal/Director position at one of our middle/high schools in the Tampa area. Successful candidates are energetic individuals who are relationship builders with stakeholders and are passionate about ESE education. Additional skills require private school management with business and marketing experience. Principals/Directors work with a team of dedicated professionals and receive ongoing support and training from the corporate team.

• Leadership skills with staff and students in fostering an atmosphere of academic success.
• Able to manage day‑to‑day business and educational aspects of the school.
• Able to oversee all aspects of fiscal and budget expenditures.
• Able to set short and long‑term goals for growth of the school.
• Able to be responsible for direct marketing and community relations.
• Teaching experience.
• Knowledge of exceptional student education.
• Management and marketing experience.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years ESE experience preferred.
• Private School Management, Business & Marketing experience.
