Job Description
: Assistant Manager with Janitorial Experience Required (transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations)

The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.

Duties of the position include
:

• Planning and preparing team work schedules
• Implementing 4M standards
• Resolving client issues
• Maintaining accurate records
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment

Some supervisory experience is preferred and we will train you on our proven processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. This can be more than a job, this could be a career.

Annual Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 plus vehicle allowance
