Maximus is hiring a Senior Operational Program Director to support a large, mission-critical government program. This role will provide leadership for program operations, workforce management, client engagement, and contract performance while partnering with government stakeholders to ensure mission success.

The ideal candidate will bring experience managing large-scale government programs, leading geographically dispersed teams, supporting complex operational environments, and delivering high-quality services in support of federal customers.

This position is onsite in Tampa, FL.

This position is pending upon contract award.

U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance..
