Hours/Schedule:
This position follows the 9/80 schedule 7:00 AM
-4:00 PM Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM alternating Fridays.
The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for providing plant maintenance schedules that are coordinated with plant operations and optimize the utilization of maintenance resources. This position interacts with Production Coordinators, Maintenance Superintendents, Planners and Maintenance Supervisors to negotiate schedules that meet demands while promoting efficiency that minimizes costs. As time allows, this position provides additional planning resources to the areas with the highest backlog of work to be planned.
Also, assists with monitoring metrics.
Regularly review and adjust plant priorities by partnering with Production and Maintenance Leadership.
Support Maintenance Superintendent with collecting and analyzing data to produce workflow metrics.
Provide planning support for areas with highest INPLAN backlog.
Perform detailed planning of maintenance orders by providing detailed job plans, identifying parts, tools and resources required to execute work in a cost-effective manner.
Also provide support to maintain equipment records, bills of materials and other records within the CMMS.
Develop, communicate and maintain schedules to balance work requirements and site priorities across production needs and maintenance resource constraints. These resources include;
Mosaic manpower, Contractors, Mosaic owned and rented equipment.Seek opportunities to reduce costs through improved coordination of resources.
High School/ GED required.
3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience required.
SAP experience is a plus
Plant Maintenance knowledge is a plus
Microsoft Office experience.
