Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a RN – Charge Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Med / Surg Cardiac unit eph's South Hospital. The RN – Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.

Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS
• 2 years RN acute care experience
