• Medication administration per physician orders
• Physician‑ordered treatments:
  • Nutrition via feeding tube
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Suctioning – nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal
  • Ventilation care
  • Seizure assessment and treatment

• Current, active Florida LPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in‑person, not online)
• Experience with G‑tube, tracheostomy, or ventilation, or willingness to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer’s training – 2‑hour DOJ approved course (provided at no cost if needed)
• 1‑hour DOJ Alzheimer’s video (free on DOJ website)
