Veterinary Groomer Experienced

Job Description

Join a supportive team in a high‑end, modern environment. Pet Groomers will perform top quality grooms in a timely manner. Groomers should have current grooming experience and consistently provide pups and parents with a high level of gentle and professional care.

• Clean a dog’s teeth
• Maintain an upbeat attitude
• Calm an anxious dog
• Ensure company policies are followed
• Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
• Shampoo and wash a dog’s hair or fur
• Create a welcoming environment for dogs and their owners
• Cut or shave a dog’s hair or fur

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in grooming
• Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Professional manner and calming presence to pets
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work on a team

Job type: 1099 contract

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
