Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring standards are met, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals.
Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and supporting departmental objectives.
