Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally by acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and operate in 2 countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Flynn Group is one of seven premier brands and was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn.

It has grown to be the largest franchise operator in the world, owning and operating a diversified portfolio of restaurants across iconic brands including Applebee’s, Arby’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s and Planet Fitness.
