Part Time Holiday Temp

Work with The TJX Companies, Inc. in a retail environment at Marshalls in Riverview, FL.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to support multiple areas of the store if needed.
• Ring purchases/returns and count change accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities.
• Support store shrink reduction and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to multi‑task and respond to changes.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
