Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to handle and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise required by business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Completing planograms, resets, and measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hanging store signage, assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring customers have a differentiated shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.

• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces, adequate lighting, and temperature.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise, including using equipment like pallet jacks.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
