Product Demonstrator Part Time - 4801 – Product Connections
OverviewThe Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining product knowledge, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies, and intercepting consumers to demonstrate products in a professional manner. The role requires a consistent professional appearance.
Responsibilities- Proactively intercept consumers, engage and sell products in a positive manner.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
- Consistently maintain professional appearance.
- Properly set up and prepare the event table for execution.
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
- Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
- Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day of event execution.
- Access the internet, navigate company electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents (Word, Adobe PDF).
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company reserves the discretion to change the role based on business or client needs.

Qualifications- Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience/training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Computer
Skills:
Proficient in personal computer or mobile device use, navigating applications and internal systems. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local food handler permit may be required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, handle, reach up to 65 inches, talk, hear, read instructions, stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step on a ladder, balance, lift and carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), push and pull a fully laden demonstration cart, prepare foods and beverages with appliances, and handle cleaning supplies.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
- Work Environment: Retail store environment with limited travel.
- Physical Appearance: Professional appearance and proper grooming; specific retailer dress code requirements provided in training documents.
- Language
Skills:
English primary; bilingual skills possible depending on business necessity.
