We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a high-potential role for a candidate with 1-2 years of sales experience, who is eager to learn the pallet industry and grow within our company in sales position.
Key Responsibilities- Help manage current customer portfolio, assisting salespeople.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients in specified territory to support growth strategy.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and clients to balance purchasing and selling needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Track and report client interactions, market trends, and sales performance.
- Work closely with the operations and current sales team to ensure seamless client service.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a small-team environment where flexibility is key.
- Based in Florida and able to work from the office.
- Previous experience in pallet sales or logistics is a plus.
