Premier Pallets distributes wooden pallets, both recycled and new, across the United States to clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. Acting as the intermediary between pallet manufacturers and clients, our sales team handles both purchasing and selling, ensuring reliable supply in a competitive industry.

We have built strong relationships with manufacturers, giving us an edge in sourcing quality pallets where availability can often be a challenge. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a high-potential role for a candidate with 1-2 years of sales experience, who is eager to learn the pallet industry and grow within our company in sales position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help manage current customer portfolio, assisting salespeople.
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients in specified territory to support growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and clients to balance purchasing and selling needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Track and report client interactions, market trends, and sales performance.
  • Work closely with the operations and current sales team to ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a small-team environment where flexibility is key.
  • Based in Florida and able to work from the office.
  • Previous experience in pallet sales or logistics is a plus.
