As a Senior Sales Representative, you will aim for sales excellence while guiding and educating our team. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you will transition into a mentorship position, maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example.

- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.

- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
