We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for teaching others. If you’re driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be currently or previously employed in a leadership position for 6 months, preferably full-time.
• Must have worked with children for a minimum of 6 months.
• Previous experience in an education or sports environment is preferred, but not required.
• Must submit 2 letters of reference (1 from a direct supervisor).
• Must be able to work 45 hours per week, 3 evenings a week Monday‑Thursday until 8:30 pm.
• Will travel to all WMS locations.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification within 90 days of hire.
