Join us as a Ready Mix Driver at Cemex U.S. and help build a better future with our innovative, quality‑focused, and sustainable building materials.

The Ready-Mix Driver will safely operate the concrete mixer, deliver loads to commercial and residential work sites, navigate varied terrain, and may handle and attach extension chutes weighing between thirty and fifty pounds.

• Adhere to all regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads to job sites.
• Adapt discharge methods to various site settings and conditions.
• Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary for precise concrete pouring.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the ready‑mix truck.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations.

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or
  
  B). High school diploma preferred.
• No prohibited status in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Acceptable CSA and MVR record; no DUI/DWI in the last five years and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction and transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge of traffic routes and basic truck maintenance skills (desirable).

• Wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols is mandatory.
• Work in diverse environments, including outdoor industrial settings.
• Physical demands: frequent walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, and climbing as part of the daily routine.
