Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing/Scheduler to join our team at Belle Fountain in Riverview, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating staffing schedules, interviewing C.N.A. candidates, managing nursing supplies inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the nursing department.

• Interview Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) candidates as part of the hiring process.
• Stock nursing supplies and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PCC, ADP, and PPD Management for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive work environment.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, is required.
• Experience with PCC, ADP, and PPD Management systems is a plus.
• Previous experience interviewing C.N.A. candidates preferred.
• Must be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to train the right candidate.
• Preferred candidates will have C.N.A. certification or background.
