This role manages and represents multiple, occasionally complex business activities across functions. Demonstrates critical thinking, evaluates facts, and influences decision-making through effective communication. Engages relationships to achieve results, ensures control environment effectiveness, and applies judgment in policy and regulation adherence. Demonstrates leadership and accountability in advancing priorities independently of management oversight.
Responsibilities- Coordinate stakeholders and support finance and company initiatives using process expertise and end-to-end vision.
- Act as liaison to internal and external partners within project scope.
- Assist colleagues by sharing expertise and solving technical problems with managerial independence.
- Understand project scope and its impact on finance, ensuring stakeholder awareness and involvement.
- Interpret data to understand operational models within project procedures and policies.
- Compile and report statistics for executive presentation to facilitate risk awareness.
- Promote a risk-aware culture and adhere to standards for risk and compliance management.
- Support high-priority projects with stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor engagement.
- Utilize accounting experience in month-end close, journal entries, audits, system maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Gather requirements, develop test strategies, and track action items across departments.
Minimum Qualifications
Required from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of project management or related experience
- Alternatively, 6+ years of relevant financial analysis or project management experience without a degree
Additional desired skills:
- PMP Certification
