Senior Manager, Product Management – Token Platform Modernization Overview:

We’re seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Management leader to drive modernization efforts for a high-volume, low-latency Tokenization Platform that powers secure payment experiences such as mobile wallets and card‑on‑file transactions. This role will lead a cross‑functional team focused on enhancing the scalability, performance, and reliability of a core payments platform critical to digital commerce.

The ideal candidate will combine product strategy expertise with strong technical acumen and a passion for building resilient, customer‑focused systems. You’ll guide the vision and roadmap, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of innovative, business‑critical solutions.

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a large-scale tokenization or payments platform.
• Drive modernization initiatives to enhance throughput, reduce latency, and improve system resilience and scalability.
• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to design and deliver high‑performing, secure infrastructure supporting digital payment experiences.
• Translate business strategy, market needs, and regulatory requirements into clear product direction and actionable plans.
• Define and track success metrics, ensuring alignment across teams and consistent delivery of measurable value.
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor, providing guidance to other product managers and fostering an environment of innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, data, and risk management teams to ensure customer‑centric and compliant solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related field).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex platform initiatives and drive modernization or transformation efforts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

• Experience managing large‑scale, real‑time platforms (e.g., payments, tokenization, authentication, or financial transaction systems).
• Deep understanding of system performance, scalability, and low‑latency requirements.
• Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer experience.
• Experience with modern cloud architecture, microservices, and API‑driven ecosystems.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
