Associate Director CRM

PAY: $100-110/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

This is a hybrid role in Riverwoods, IL. Candidates should be prepared to be onsite 2 days a week, but there is flexibility.

W2 Candidates only, this is intended to be a 6 month contract to hire role.

• Bring in thought leadership in alignment with Marketing, Sales and Service leaders to enhance their business processes.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, fellow IT teams, directors, product managers, and engineers to develop specifications for new Salesforce and cloud-based products/services, applications, and solutions.
• Manage the Salesforce team.
• Drive the successful delivery of operational releases.
• Drive the successful delivery of projects conforming to scope and within time & budget, while managing risk.
• Drive the roll-out of Salesforce and cloud management platforms; evaluate their performance and implement enhancements as needed.
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems within GBS and as it relates across various business units.

• Proven track record as a thought leader working with enterprise systems in a large complex global organization.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing and leading software development teams.
• Minimum 10 years broad Information Technology experience in Salesforce.
• Minimum 5 years experience working with Enterprise Architecture, Systems Requirements, Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure.
• Experience mentoring, training, coaching, delivering performance feedback, and providing regular evaluations.
• Ability to conduct analysis of business needs, organize meeting agendas, and create opportunities to improve process flow for efficiency.
• Experience working with geographically diverse associates and vendor partners.
• Demonstrated budget management, tracking, and forecasting skills and experience.
• Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs for various interfaces, systems, etc.
