Overview

Senior Director, Product Management at Capital One.

Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team. ECP is responsible for Capital One’s digital customer experiences, including award-winning mobile app, online presence and marketing technology ecosystem.

• Drive management and delivery of in-market performance through pilot implementation with line of business partners.
• Work with lines of business to understand business needs and areas of opportunity.
• Leverage learnings to create business and technical requirements for product leads to build destination Martech stack.
• Partner with lines of business to ensure high-quality implementation of prioritized campaigns.

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field). Alternatively, an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

Applicants hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
