Base pay range$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr
We are hiring a hands‑on Web Content Specialist to support and manage corporate websites for a large, well‑established enterprise organization. This is a technical, execution‑driven role with a strong focus on CMS ownership, HTML/CSS edits, and website content accuracy.
This position is not administrative or coordination‑only. The right candidate will actively manage, update, validate, and own website content across multiple platforms.
- Pay Rate
: $45–50/hour - Duration
: 5‑month contract - Onsite Requirement
: 2 days onsite per week, 1 flex/hybrid day - Schedule
:
Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for international coordination
- Manage and update website content across multiple corporate websites
- Work extensively in Uberflip (primary CMS) to:
- Create and upload content
- Upload and manage images
- Publish and refresh articles (70+ planned over the next year)
- Support large‑scale content refresh and cleanup initiatives
- Independently own and manage at least one website after ramp‑up
- Conduct monthly website validations across four sites
- Perform post‑deployment validations and provide documented sign‑off
- Support claims and brand asset audits by:
- Reviewing issuer and partner websites
- Documenting findings and required updates
- Tracking changes through completion
- Communicating with international partners
- Create and manage website change requests (WSCRs) in JIRA
- Validate changes in lower and production environments
- Maintain GDPR banner functionality checks
- Add, update, and retire content on internal platforms such as Info Net
- Apply basic HTML and CSS edits directly within CMS platforms
- Support content calendar management, redirects, metadata updates, and SEO execution
- Strong HTML and CSS skills with the ability to read and edit code
- Proven CMS experience
, specifically Uberflip (required) - Experience creating, updating, and retiring digital content
- Understanding of basic SEO, metadata, redirects, and optimization
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership after training
- Strong communication and project tracking skills
