Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8-5, Hybrid.

Pay Range: $48-$51 per hour

• Claims/Brand Asset Audits:
  Review global and issuer sites, create audit documents, communicate updates to issuers, validate changes until completion, track and report status.
• Independent worker able to follow directions and document findings.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication and project tracking.
• Experience working with global partners, understanding how to bridge language barriers.
• Computer skills:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Manage content, analytics and website changes of DCI Resources Hub: create content in Uberflip CMS, update SEO/Meta data, upload images, implement content refresh/removal across the platform.
• Experience working in Uberflip and/or Path factory is a plus.
• Create, update and retire digital content in a CMS, applying basic HTML and CSS skills as needed.
• Manage content calendar for HUB content.
• Import images adding alt tags, meta data and inserting assets following detailed instructions.
• Basic understanding of metadata and SEO, and updating within CMS platform.
• Create redirects and add code snippets within the platform as needed, testing outcomes.
• Understanding of analytics and analytic tagging.
• Website support with testing and change validation: create website change requests (WSCR), validate changes in lower and PROD (live) regions, provide sign‑off in JIRA.
• Work in JIRA assigning website change requests.
• Validate and document WSCRs are complete.
• Monthly validate and document GDPR banner functionality for all sites.
• Info Net updates: add, update and retire content in Info Net (playbooks, newsletters, Brand Guidelines, etc.).
• Create image catalogs in PowerPoint and upload to Info Net.
• Upload, update or retire content as needed within CMS platform.

• HTML, CSS, SEO/Meta knowledge.
• Uberflip, Path factory, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Service Now, SharePoint.
• Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
• JIRA (creating stories and subtasks), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Screenshots.

• Advanced use of digital office software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Independent worker; strong project management skills.
• Project reporting and tracking abilities.
