Duration: 6 months

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar) – Minimum 7 years required
• Proficiency in JIRA for requirement management and tracking required
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) – Minimum 7 years required
• Prior experience with the financial services industry is a must for this position
• Education Level — Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is mandatory

• Experience working on integration projects, mergers, or platform consolidations
• Engineering degree
• Experience in Agile practices and risk management

• Act as a product owner for observability-related initiatives, focusing on integration of monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms
• Capture and translate business and technical requirements into user stories, epics, and initiatives in JIRA
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams
• Drive projects through the full SDLC with a focus on quality, detail, and risk awareness
• Collaborate with development, product, and platform engineering teams to deliver integration outcomes
• Provide oversight of project lifecycle management including planning, tracking, execution, and risk/issue management
• Contribute to risk mitigation efforts, especially in coordination with cybersecurity teams
