About the role
As a Salesforce Financial Force Support Engineer you will make an impact by providing end-to-end support for applications built on Salesforce and Financial Force (Certinia) App Exchange products. You will be a valued member of our technology support team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure system stability and deliver exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you will:- Monitor application and system health, including batch jobs using Auto Sys.
- Respond to incidents and alerts, following documented SOPs and ensuring timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce and Financial Force platforms.
- Configure and develop Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, and declarative tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, SOPs, and support processes.

What you need to have to be considered:- Strong proficiency in Salesforce development (APEX, LWC, configuration).
- Functional knowledge of Financial Force (Certinia) App Exchange products.
- Experience with Unix, Shell, and Windows batch scripting.
- Familiarity with Auto Sys for batch job scheduling and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting Salesforce and Financial Force applications in a similar environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to incident management and stakeholder engagement.
The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $129,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
