Real Estate Development Project Manager

This role is office based

What Youll Do

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines

· Coordinate project activities and facilitate effective communication between team members

· Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to the sales team

· Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

· Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

· Utilize project management tools

What Were Looking For

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

· Proficient in project scheduling and resource allocation techniques

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Ability to read house plans and basic construction knowledge

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge & Skills (Preferred)

· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

· Two years prior experience in a similar role

· Proven experience in project management, including project scheduling and implementation

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients

· Leadership skills to lead and motivate project teams
