Assist and support Collection/Accounts receivable Supervisor, accounting manager, or Finance director with collection and customers' financial information. Enhance cash/credit collection in accordance with SAMARA policies and procedures.

• Execute company policy for reducing A/R outstanding balance to the minimum, meet monthly/yearly targets and reporting deadlines.
• Follow-up daily with customers to ensure targets are achieved.
• Report immediately to Direct Manager any customer‑related matters that might affect the ability to pay.
• Ensure customer statements are distributed on time.
• Ensure timely collection of invoices and report any problems with customers.
• Provide direct manager with weekly/monthly reports highlighting risky customers.

• Very good verbal and written communication skills with supervisors, managers & sales team.
• Ability to work in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Ability to create/support to improve processes.

• Education: BSc in Relevant Field.
• Experience: Fresh graduate/minimum 1 year of experience.
