Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, supporting financial reporting, and reviewing payroll-related data to ensure accuracy in coordination with the HR department.

• Record daily accounting entries and review financial transactions.
• Prepare periodic bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and vendor accounts.
• Review payroll data and ensure accuracy before processing payments.
• Coordinate with the HR department regarding salary-related changes such as allowances, deductions, and leave.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Previous exposure to payroll review or payroll-related processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems as Microsoft dynamic 365
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
