Financial Accountant II

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise day-to-day financial accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and validate prepaid and accrual accounts, asset tracking, amortization, and depreciation.
• Record and reconcile payroll transactions, ensuring accurate reflection in the accounting system and alignment with payroll reports.
• Prepare reports required by ZATCA and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage and guide accounting assistants and bookkeepers to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial-related needs and initiatives.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in line with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Review current accounting practices and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in automating accounting operations to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance function.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related fields.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years of working experience in Fintech is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving skills.
