PositionAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk

- Prepare statements and mail out
- Do daily deposit from sales, parts and service
- Receive checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
- Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
- Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
