AR Accountant

AlJammaz Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collection, and maintaining accurate financial records in line with company policies and procedures.

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and customer statements
• Follow up with clients on overdue balances and resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinate with Sales and internal departments to address billing issues
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the system
• Prepare AR ageing reports and provide regular updates to management
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can communicate in Arabic language
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
