• Ph.D. in Accounting or Business with a focus area in Accounting.
• Business master s degree with CPA and experience will also be considered.
• Teaching Excellence:
  Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with a passion for student learning and mentorship.
• Research Potential: A strong research record or the potential to conduct high-quality intellectual contributions.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with students. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
