Cost & Production Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost & Production Accountant to support our warehouse and production operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production costs, tracking inventory movements, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of manufacturing and inventory data. This role works closely with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to support operational efficiency and cost control.

• Prepare periodic production and cost reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze production costs, raw material consumption, and manufacturing variances.
• Track inventory movements related to raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy and data alignment.
• Record, verify, and reconcile inventory transactions within the ERP system.
• Assist in calculating standard costs and monitoring actual production expenses.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and support periodic stock counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and production accounting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  , or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Production Accounting, or Inventory Accounting.
• Experience working within warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
