Auditor; SOCPA & CPA

We are seeking a highly qualified CPA with SOCPA certification to manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities in accordance with Saudi regulations, IFRS, and ZATCA requirements
. The ideal candidate will ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making.

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations (VAT, Zakat, Corporate Income Tax)
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll accounting
• Coordinate with external auditors and lead audit processes
• Prepare and submit VAT and Zakat returns accurately and on time
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
• Analyze financial performance and provide management reports and forecasts
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor, tax, and commercial laws

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification (US or equivalent) – Required
• SOCPA Certification / Membership – Mandatory
• Minimum 3–9 years of relevant accounting experience (depending on seniority)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA standards, and Saudi tax laws
• Experience working with ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, and corporate tax
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
