Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing and financial reporting activities.

This position supports Saudization initiatives, and priority will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and reconcile customer and supplier statements.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections/payments.
• Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and related financial documents.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain Excel trackers and financial reports as needed.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting systems and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
