About the RoleAre you a technically strong accounting professional with deep expertise in IFRS and statutory reporting?
- Preparing and delivering IFRS‑compliant statutory financial statements across monthly, quarterly, half‑year, and annual reporting cycles.
- Providing strong technical oversight across areas such as fixed assets, project accounting, lease accounting, expected credit loss modelling, and other complex transactions, ensuring accurate recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure.
- Coordinating closely with finance teams, operating units, auditors, and group reporting stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of statutory reporting submissions.
- Leading technical accounting analyses, maintaining robust documentation, and supporting audit processes by preparing high‑quality schedules, reconciliations, and position papers.
- Monitoring IFRS developments, assessing their potential impact on statutory reporting, advising stakeholders on technical accounting matters, and contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and reporting quality.

About You- Degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, statutory reporting, or external audit, with strong exposure to IFRS‑compliant financial statements and complex accounting areas.
- A professional accounting qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience preparing statutory financial statements, supporting consolidation and intercompany processes, and working within regulated or multi‑entity environments.
- Confidence working with auditors and senior stakeholders, with a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
