To conduct the audits of clients of the Firm, and report to the Manager of any critical issues identified during the course of the audit, as well as ensuring that the work is done in accordance with the BDO Audit Methodology

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess client's satisfaction
- Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment
- Use current technology to research and analyze issues
- Prepare initial draft of reports or other client and external communications
- Direct fieldworks daily, inform managers of the engagement status, and manage staff performance
- Develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff
- Share knowledge with team members (e.g. share best practices, provides on‑job training)
- Identify and discuss risks with Team Manager on a timely basis
- Effectively and proactively utilize basic capabilities of audit technology tools and other firm standard technologies to perform and document work in assigned areas
- Responsible for day‑to‑day client contact and conduct of audit work
- Ambition, drive, energy and creativity with the ability to work with multi‑cultural and multi‑disciplinary teams
- A strong and current knowledge of IFRS and ISA
- The ability to perform other (non‑audit) assignments as and when required
- Overseas working experience is an advantage and previous work experience in the Middle East would be considered an advantage
- Represent the Firm in a professional manner at all times through punctuality.
- Minimum qualification is a Bachelor's degree
- Large Audit and consulting firms experience
