Responsibilities- Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Help track expenses and budgets
- Assist in payroll data preparation (if required)
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance (internship experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Strong analytical and numerical skills - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good English communication skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah
