Confidential Government is seeking an experienced Project Accounting Manager to lead the financial management of real estate development and construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have 8–12 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 5 years in Project or Construction Accounting, and will ensure compliance with IFRS and SOCPA.
This role requires strong financial governance and collaboration with various teams to oversee project budgets, financial reporting, and compliance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and advanced Excel skills are required. Professional certifications such as SOCPA or CPA are preferred.
