Junior Accountant – Bunge (Riyadh)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the financial health of our company by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions in line with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards in Saudi Arabia.

You will be involved in day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, inter‑company transactions, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and tax reporting (VAT & WHT). The role also includes supporting month‑end closing and financial reporting using ERP systems such as SAP.

As a Junior Accountant, you will support daily accounting activities and ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded. You will work closely with the finance team in Riyadh and act as a key support to the Financial Controller.

• Process customer and vendor invoices (AP/AR)
• Support bank reconciliations and cash transactions
• Assist with inventory accounting and related postings
• Book prepaid expenses and support amortization schedules
• Assist with inter‑company transactions and reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset records and support depreciation processes
• Support general ledger postings, including SG&A expenses
• Assist with VAT and WHT reporting in line with Saudi regulations
• Support month‑end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong Excel skills (essential), including working with and analyzing data
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Good conversational Arabic (required for stakeholder and customer interaction)
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
• Basic knowledge of taxation in Saudi Arabia (VAT & WHT) is strongly preferred
