Property Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Own the full month‑end close process for all managed properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA standards
• Compile, analyse, and monitor property‑level financial data, and review and challenge property owner reports where necessary
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and monitor liquidity across the property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Leasing, Legal, and Operations, as well as with external property managers
• Supervise tenant billing and collection matters in coordination with the Property Management team
• Supervise vendor billing and payment matters in coordination with the Property Management team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in real estate or property accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, and ZATCA regulations, including VAT, Zakat, and e‑invoicing
• Proficiency in Excel, Quick Books, Odoo, or similar ERP systems
• Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple property entities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
