Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA) and Zakat & Tax (ZATCA) regulations
, and supporting the company’s financial operations. Proficiency in Arabic and English
, along with experience in Saudi financial systems
, is highly desirable.

• Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and invoices, in compliance with SOCPA standards
• Process accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely transactions and reconciliation
• Support the other members in preparing VAT submission
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including financial statement preparation (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flo)
• Effective communication with other departments & external stakeholder
• Verify supporting documents before issuing invoice
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions (if handling payroll)
• Verify payroll before further processing
• Support internal and external audits, including coordination with Saudi auditors and government authors
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Use local accounting software (e.g.,
  SAP, MS Dynamics
  ) and advanced Excel skills for financial reporting
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and Saudi financial regulations

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel
• Knowledge of VAT, WHT, Zakat, and Saudi GAAP (SOCPA)
• Language
  :
  Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
