Flow On is seeking a senior Property Accounting Manager in Riyadh to lead the month-end close for a portfolio of properties. You will prepare IFRS/SOCPA compliant financial statements, analyze property data, and challenge owner reports while ensuring VAT, Zakat and e-invoicing compliance.
This role requires 7+ years in accounting with real estate experience, strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and English-Arabic communication.
