External Audit Manager

, as the role involves extensive interaction with Arabic-speaking clients, regulatory authorities, and audit teams.

We are seeking an experienced External Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and develop high-performing audit teams. The successful candidate will oversee engagements from planning to completion while ensuring compliance with professional standards and contributing to the growth of our Audit & Assurance practice.

• Lead external audit engagements from planning to reporting.
• Review audit files and financial statements.
• Manage client relationships across diverse industries.
• Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, SOCPA requirements, and firm policies.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and auditing matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5–15 years of external audit experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, DipIFR, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, SOCPA regulations, and the Saudi regulatory environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• For non-Saudi applicants, eligibility for Iqama transfer is required.

• Experience with a leading international or regional audit firm.
• Experience managing complex audit engagements.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
